I still do not want it. And I can't find an option where there's no tattoo on my protagonist. Am I missing something?

the only option open to you is to try and get the tattoo color the same as your skin color, there is no option for dalish not to have a tattoo sorry

Nope there is no option to play an elf without tattoos. You can create small ones though and try to match them to your toons skin coulor.
