On the PC how do I advance time slowly in tactical camera mode?  I read in some reviews that was a thing you could do, and I wanted to try it out.

 

Also, I remember in the PC stream they were going to offer an option to disable the camera centering on characters you select, but I cannot find this option.  Is it not implemented after all?

You can't.

I also recall this. It is also missing.

We were also told that the camera would follow moving characters during exploration, less than a month ago - Barrett actually went into the game to check - but now that's also missing.
