Any ideas what is causing this... I'm sure many people do not notice it, but I do.
Regardless of what settings I use and no matter what I am doing in the game. I see a little stutter every 10-20 seconds. I mean I can be moving around or standing totally still doing nothing and it still happens. Happens during all the cutscenes as well.
I'm have this issue as well and an not quite sure what the cause is. Apparently it's pretty widespread. Like you, I've tried messing with various graphics settings, disabling things, turning other settings down, but to no avail. I even tried the FPS unlock commands that are floating around, none of which have resulted in any success in resolving this problem. While not game breaking, it certainly is annoying.
