I cannot use or see my abilities in multiplayer 

 

also sometimes I cannot get in-game, I hear my teammates talking but my game is still loading for a long time and when I get in I cannot move or see my UI  

 

My cpu is I5 2500k

GPU AMD 7970

 

using Mantle
