Whenever I click on a link anywhere on the website, I have to sign in again.  I always click "Remember Me" and this only seems to happen about every other day.  It is next to impossible to post anything because I am always signed out after clicking "Submit."  Anyone else get this problem?

Me too. Usually the site works fine, then I get logged out and everything I do after that logs me out, until I restart my browser entirely.

I had the same issue, but I'd been tweaking my browser security settings to show someone what they did, so I put it down to that. Reset everything to Default and it worked.

This website was coded by monkeys, I assume. I have the same issue, which is entirely unique to this site.

Check that your anti-virus software isn't being overly picky - the cookies on this site are sometimes detected as malware by some scanners because they are long-lived. Try adding a whitelist entry for this site.



You could also try using a different browser and see if the problem persists - I've never seen that issue in anything but IE8.

Ditto - I have set to accept all cookies AND turned off my Anti-Virus.

Each time I try doing an action, say, clicking a link regestering a Game, redeeming a code, Trying to enter this message etc, I am logged off.



As such, I am unable to redeem any of my Pre-order or CE Codes.

Yes, I am ticked.

I have the problem in IE8,Opera and Firefox. Haven't given Chrome a go as it's not exactly well coded.

Same here. After something triggers the problem, anything I click on logs me out from then on in the same session of IE. If I close and reopen IE it's ok for a while until whatever triggers the problem occurs again.



What genius thought that launching a massive overhaul of the site (one on which game elements [DLC] are critical) like 1 week before a major game release was sufficient testing time?

Same problem here with IE8, already had it with IE7. About once a week it works fine, altough I don´t change my settings and how Steveroid wrote then whatever happens.
It drives me absolutely mad.
