This randomly came into my head while ditching one character to make another (found melee combat annoying with all the manual navigation, switched to archer).  I wanted to start from the same head as before (especially after putting so much time in it).  Also would be very cool to share heads

I agree, this would be handy.  An ability to save customized faces would be useful, since a lot of people are going to start over about fifty times before they settle on the character they want to play.

I'd like that too. I've made lots of characters that I've liked but then when I see them in game they just look horrible. A tool to make some changes to saved faces would be great.
