My Xbox One will Not load my Keep Data. I use the same info for my Live account and Origins but It will not load. I don't want to lose my World State, and I do not know what to do to recover it. Please Help. Thanks

Just read this from BW's Brian Mills in answer to a similar query in another post.

 

"Can you specifically check that you enabled the Privacy control for "Share outside of Xbox Live" ?  The xbox one version of the game requires this to be set to "Enabled" in order to read data from the Keep."

 

No idea if it will help, but probably worth checking ...

I adjusted my Xbox Settings and loaded it up again, still nothing. Was worth a shot though, THANKS

Hi Damonisch -

Can you confirm that your gamer tag on the Xbox is linked to the Origin profile you used with the Keep?  You can check this at https://dragonagekee...S/account-check

 

If that is not showing your gamer profile, you can try linking them together, or else if you know the email it is linked to, you can share your world state to the Keep to the other account and import it that way.

 

If your account is linked, can you confirm that you are showing as signed in on the start menu? If not, a prompt should be present, reading something like "Press Y to sign in to Origin"
