Started trying to play the game and joined a game as a level one archer on routine difficulty.
Got called a BK and a scrub.
We wiped on stage 5, after an informat and scroll event.
I recovered the scrolls by myself on some previous stage, but was then told to go kill myself after the match via garbled mics.
Isn't it a bit early for elitism?
Learn how to mute people. Asshats will always exist, just how it is unfortunately.
You had bad luck. Don't let it deter you from further play.
PUGs are PUGs. That's part of what you expect. Mute mics and just play your game if you don't want to hear it. Somewhat difficult to build a rapport with people in this system though.
Also if you were on xbox 360 would join yah. I only belittle the enemy
Well, some of the pride demons have some pretty convincing arguments for
their actions. Might want to try diplomacy next time you're faced with one.
At to their credit, they seem to reserve judgement, and treat all people
equally.
Other than anonymity and lack of social empathy during multiplayer video games it could be MMO class hierarchy where tanks and healers are appreciated and dime a dozen DPS is not.

Even after reading the definition, it still doesn't make much sense.
I think that most people just don't get that this MP game is hard. So they go in with a varied party, health potions, etc, etc. and expect to win the match. When they don't, they get angry and lash out. Don't take it to heart. Most of us aren't like that.
Also, even getting to the 5th area is fantastic for a level 1.
