So as it reads my PS3 keeps shutting down , and before you say yes it works with other games and does not shuts down ,  only with DAI , already tried to play it without the patch , reinstalled the game as well and still it always crashes during CC or earlier (but not at the main screen). My PS3 is a 80 gb fat model , which is retrocompatible.
