I am a PC user, and have logged into Dragon Age Keep and having my copy of DAI both registered under the same Origin gamer tag. I went through all the choice selections on Dragon Age Keep and clicked on the option to export it for my next DAI play-through. When attempting to start a new DAI game, however, and selecting the option to import a custom world state, I received the error "No custom world state found."

I attempted the procedure again after disabling any anti-virus, and had the same problem. I am not on a VPN or any other sort of non-standard network.

Hi there! Sorry you're having troubles - have you followed all the steps in the guide?

You can find it here: http://forum.bioware...to-inquisition/

Please ensure that you have the Origin client running and are logged in when you start the game as well. Let me know if this doesn't work!

Edit: If Origin is already running, you may just have to restart it.

Restarting Origin seems to fixed it, thanks!
