I Need some suggested tatics/party members to bring against Flemmeth
I usually send Shale up to tank, keep Lel back ranging, Wynn Maging/Mass healing and Sten up to hit
I find Flemmeth likes to knock my tank down more and eat Sten like a panzy, then leaves my two mages left to do nothing but die.
I was told awile ago to get a healer, two archers and max out shales cons and use him to tank, however i dont have the money to try and boost his cons, which is at 40 right now.
Any help? :/

2) 1 or 2 tanks. Alistair with Shield Wall is a good choice, as Flemeth has a harder time knocking him down. Also Ohgren, if you've given him Indomitable.
3) A Rogue with a really decent Stealth and 10-20 of each kind of bomb.
Stand off the Mage to act as Medic.
Tank(s) hammer on the front door, to keep Flemeth's attention to the front.
Stealth the Rogue and move to the rear of Flemeth. Then start lobbing bombs. It does NOT pop you out of Stealth. Flemeth's dragon body is soooo large, the entire radius of the bomb is under her. (No "friendly fire damage.) You can lob a bomb EVERY round: Acid, Fire, Freeze, Shock, Soulrot.....by the time you do Soulrot, the Acid cooldown is complete and Acid is ready to go again.
If you're lucky, the Rogue is never detected and Flemeth dies, never knowing where the bombs were coming from.

You'll notice that whoever has aggro'd Flemeth will get Buffet used on him/her if they move out of melee range. But there's a ridge right in front of Flemeth, so if you put your tank in front of that ridge, Buffet won't pull him into melee range; he'll stop right at the ridge. So he can get up and immediately move a little distance away.
Alternatively, you can easily even solo this fight with a mid level 2H warrior with decent flame resistance (whether through balms or whatever) and Indomitable on. As long as you melee from diagonally behind Flemeth (or the High Dragon), you won't get grabbed. It'll look like you're attacking the hind legs. You'll only get hit by massive attacks and possibly tail slaps; but if you wait for the right timing (i.e. right after a Fireball or a missed Sweep or Roar or Buffet) you can hit without getting hit back; furthermore, two-handed sweep can hit without getting into massive attack range. With a little bit of patience, diligence, and health pots for backup, it's not that bad. Massive attack can still knock you back, it just won't knock you completely down.
If you want to do this fight without taking advantage of terrain or abusing the bulkiness of the dragon, your setup doesn't seem too bad. Just keep your party spread out and make sure you've got some fire resistance. Also, if your tank gets grabbed, use Forcefield on either your tank or Flemeth to instantly cancel it out.

I usually do set Wynn back at the house, as well as Lel if i use her, or i use my main char (dual, balanced dex, str, cons, bestersker, champion) and shale/Oghren on diagonals of the front dragon, either i get sweeped and knocked back down or someones gets the scoop. I believe the furthest i got was to about half hp on it before my mage died while i was fixing some positions up and not being smart enough to use pause.
I'll try these out strategies out tomorrow if i have time (exam studying
Thank you.

This.
Works like a charm.
You don't even need a 2-hander. Any melee character can pull this off. Just remember to never attack from the front. When she jumps in the air to turn, just turn with her and go back to hitting her rear leg. You'll get knocked back a lot and tail slapped (knocked down) occasionaly but neither is anywhere near as dangerous as a grab.

Set up Wynne for healing, otherwise just have them attack. You can use Inferno/Storm of the Century on Flemeth, and because she's so big she can be hit while your tank isn't.
Put Alistar in as much Fire resist gear as possible (Wades Superior Dragonbone, or Juggernaut + Creationists Cord + Ring of Ages + Smith's Heart for 70% Fire resist) and use Shield Wall. Warmth Balms are always good.
Have Alistar use threaten, and taunt as much as possible. Let him attack from the front. If he gets grabbed, have a mage force field him.
Easy fight. It's way harder if you go melee, as Flemeth can attack all of them at once.
Also, spread out your mages so they can't be hit by the same AoE attack.

PC DW Rogue w/Starfang + Dead Thaig Skanker
Wynne
Sten w/ Yusaris
Oghren w/ Forge Master's Hammer
Discovered that even w/Stealth IV, I couldn't enter Stealth. And that the bombs cooldown cycle is slower than I thought.
Still was a no-sweat battle. No one even got down to 50%. Didn't use a single Health poultice -- but DID use 3 Lesser Lyrium potions. Rogue lobbed bombs while the tanks kept on bashing and slashing.
Sten taps out of stamina almost immediately (w/Indomitable on) and never gets it back. While a Berserk, Rallying, Indomitable Oghren never seemed to tire.

Wynne - Have her heal shale only. Disable all spells but heal/regen/group heal from the script menu to save mana.
Warriors/ Rogues - Give them bows for the battle.
Mage - Hexes and alternate walking bomb / virulent walking bomb and any other damaging spells.

With some fire resist potions (warmth balms), flemeth's ranged damage is really low and the fight is just tank and spank. You shouldn't even need a healer, even on nightmare.

Wear Wade's Drake or Dragon skin armor
Stand out of melee range
Attack with Bow/Staff/Spells.
