Serious question, b/c on my first character i got two points to spend at level 2 (on an male-elf-mage, not a human), this time I'm only getting one. 

 

I had to start over cause that character was bugged somehow and everyone was calling him a female...  Probably the issue is related, but anyhow, the correct amount is 1 point per level, right?
