No, they may or may not put that in later, but right now no

It could be possible later on in DLC, but assume no until you know for sure.
If you have any reservations about your character's appearance then its better to start over now and make what you want rather than get huge amounts hours into it playing a character you don't like.

I'm 10 hours in and hate what my character looks like. The idea of starting over at this point makes me want to barf ![]()
It's cruel to not include a face modification option tbh...

Haha.
I've also spent about 10 hours and I still haven't passed the tutorial.
I just kept restarting and trying out different ways to make my character look good.

Yeah... I played the prologue... didn't like my character... then started over. But I'm not gonna continue until I get my character right this time. It's a must for me.

I really hope they add something. I had to replay the beginning for hours trying to get my character just right. Im kind of a stickler about my characters, and unfortunately things don't always look the same in the game as they do in the cc. So it was pretty frustrating, but if im not happy with how my characters looks it will bother me throughout the entire game.

Characters that theoretically look good in the CC turns out to be...not so much. Especially at certain angles during cutscenes
.
My current male Trevelyan is not my ideal, but he's still pretty presentable, so i'll have that.

Yeah, I noticed that the person I created didn't turn out as good as I wanted for all the cutscenes. There is the option during CC that lets you test you character talking and moving his mouth, which helps out a bit, but not a lot. My goal tonight is to get my character down, even if it takes hours!

Oh good so it's not just me. I spend half an hour messing around and in the end it "looks" perfect. Then the cutscenes begin and I start seeing problems all over it. An option to change later or even see the character in a cutscene before we create (don't ask me how) would surely go long ways.

This is actually a pretty good criticism right here. It was one of the good features of DA2, wish they would have left it in for DA:I.

I told you so and now you inconveniencing the player.
Hopefully next time Bioware makes a better character creator with defaults being very similar to Leliana.
The only character model of a girl that looks perfect.

As I'm playing, I noticed that my Inquisitor looks like a very young, tan Tommy Lee Jones ![]()

I like the way my character looks in general but for the life of me I couldn't get him to look like he isn't wearing a ton of lipstick, even with the lip shine all the way down. It isn't a huge deal but it is distracting because it is all I notice when I look at him now. I don't really want to start over just to try and fix the lips though.

I ended up starting a new game to fix the lip thing by turning the shine all the way down. Luckily, I haven't gotten out of Haven in all my playthroughs, so I'm not loosing hardly anything. But it does feel awesome to being playing the game with someone you like.
