Horrified, I kind of knew this was coming though. After DAO downgraded to DA2, the writing on the wall for this was visible. I hoped for the best though but as usual, this happens. As a pc player with k&m the feedback is chilling.

Don´t have the game yet.

I'm another case of waiting for new parts. The more I look into this the more stuff it looks like I need.

Not bothered by the PC gamers' feedback. WASD movement and a Total War camera? Been there, played that.

I'm a PC kb+m player.  I am feeling very happy I don't pre-order anything.

If there's no patch and no modding potential, then I won't buy until the price makes wrestling with bad controls and other issues (effing dainty female animations) worth it.

Same here, I'm definitely not in the intended audience.

Or will wait for a price drop to about 25-30€ and play DA the "interactive movie".

I feel sad for the lady writer (I don't remember her name) than caused a stir months ago by saying that we should be capable to skip the fights. Pressing R till the fight is over seems a lot like such a feature.

The funny part about the annimations is during cutscenes they're butch as hell, my character goes from strutting on a catwalk to sitting on her throne like Al Bundy.

Frankly the PC controls don't scare me that much. I played a large number of genres and experienced controls of all kinds. I heard that outside technical issues the game is excellent, so my main concern is running that thing as my PC isn't strong, but I do have a Radeon GPU so at least the problems that plague Nvidia won't affect me. Plan on playing on hard the 1st playthrough with board and sword human warrior to learn the game, and then I will play on nightmare, not sure what class.

I'm feeling glad that apart from the pc controls, most things I've read are positive. Still my original plan hasn't changed, there are still too many games that I want to play before Inquision. I'll probably buy it in a couple of years, and by then hopefully most of the issues with pc will have been fixed.

Pre-ordered, downloaded, spent hours trying to fix the stutter in cutscenes, smooth out performance, mess with settings and drivers, played it for a couple hours, disappointed by performance, not played it since, waiting for patch.

Pretty much sums it up.

The only time you need internet connection is when you're installing the game, right?
After that, we can just run the game offline.

Possibly. I never completed the installation to find out. ;)
