Since this post is more relevant to people and their inquisitors they created in game (like the FemShep thread) I think it's fair that it's separate from the "More Women in advertising" thread from the feedback forum.

This will be the first time I will play a game (that gives you a gender choice) with a female protagonist.  I thought it was about time I did.

This will be the first time I will play a game (that gives you a gender choice) with a female protagonist.  I thought it was about time I did.

It took me a while to play male characters in both ME and DA (Only this year did I bother with playing dudes in DA) - but playing both I felt definitely gave me a richer experience.

 

I've seen a lot of images from the cc and it makes me want to play all the races and both genders!  Simply stunning.

Are there any videos of Sumalee Montano as the Inquisitor out yet? I'd love to hear her voice acting but I haven't found anything so far. I can't get the game until tomorrow

Meanwhile, folks, here's my FemQuisitor (YAY!)... Mikayla Lavellan (voiced by Alix, she sounds AWESOME). Like others, I struggled with a name, but looking around at baby name meanings online sorta helped. Mikayla sounds like it could be somewhat Dalish and the meaning is "gift from God", which I found highly appropriate given the entire "Herald of Andraste" thing, so I ran with it.

People do say that a lot.  One day, when I've finished mourning, I may go back and give that a go.  I've tried to find a good face to use but the one problem I find is that so many femShep faces seem to look the same, while the maleShep faces seem much more varied.  It's odd.

 

My definite first Inquisitrix will be Isileth Adaar, rogue and occasional "tomb raider".  With a possible side order of a Dalish mage Inquisitrix, some day, maybe.

I think she's juuuust about to talk to Cassandra in their first conversation together.  I just did a Snip-It from the video I made and got that one, and decided "Yes, I'm okay with this shot"

I just did that conversation! The first cutscenes with the characters are a great time to take glamour shots. Your elf is so pretty.

 

I agonized over mine, but I think she came out pretty well. She looks very elf-y.
