I was playing some multiplayer today with a couple friends of mine and I came across a really bad glitch.
All of the textures, buildings, etc were gone. Here's an image:

How I came across this is purely just by going through the levels normally. Then suddenly the door to the next area was non-existent on my screen. Instead, it lead to what looked like out of map boundaries. My friends went through the door and opened the door to the next area which teleported me into the room. They were telling me I was jumping through walls and falling through floors.
When the three of them died after being over run, they tried to direct me to enemies so that I could die and the team would return to the lobby. Mind you, I couldn't open my pause screen to quit out of the game and returning to the Xbox Home was my last option that I would do. Luckily, even though I couldn't see the enemies, they could still see me. They ended up killing me but the result was not what we expected.
We got stuck on a screen which spectated my downed character and text on the screen that said "Operation Failed". Which you can see here:

I'll admit it was amusing for some time but hopefully it's not something that will be persistent.
