These are the ones with a complete or nearly complete playthrough. I'm currently playing Dalil, but want to take Morana and Boëndalin through Ostagar and beyond as well.
Aedan Cousland (custom appearance), Male human noble, dual-wielding rogue.
I keep their default names except for Mahariel; I always name him Faolan (I tried using Theron, the default name, but after watching 300 one time too many, it kind of rubs me the wrong way).
I named my current Female Warden after a character from a certain Anime ... Sinha Cousland. Although in the Anime the character with that name is a Male, while my Warden is Female. ( With white hair and glowing yellow eyes.

Rosamonde Cousland - Romantic duel wielding Bard/Duelist.
Vivaelle Amell - Self sacrificing Spirit Healer.
Aeriel Tabris - Pragmatic Crossbow wielding Bard/Assasin.
Elyriel Mahariel - Adventurous Archer Ranger/Duelist.
Nephtari Aeducan - Melancholy and unlucky duel wielding Ranger/Assasin.
Marcus Cousland - Ruthless sword and shield Reaver/Champion
Agramant Amell - self-indulgent Arcane warrior/blood mage.
Amy Cousland - Ambitious Queen skilled in the Bard and Duelist trade.
My first warden was a noble male dwarf called Aegis Aeducan. Good times, good beard!
Then I had a human noble called Elissa Cousland, the default name. I believe I was gonna call her Alissa, barely a difference so I kept the default. Starting the name with E looked better with Cousland anyway. This one's romance with Alistair ended tragically, trying to not have either of them die, unknowing of the babyfy Morrigan option, made Loghain a warden. Alistair is now a drunk. A single drunk.
Then I had a female city elf, female human mage & a dwarven castless that I never finished & forgot the name of. And before those (i think) a Dalish elf called Lasson, If I remember correctly, that was to be complete dick playthrough (I slaughtered my own dalish kin), but also never finished.
I then did not play for a good while, cleaned up all those unfinished playthroughs and started with:
Dýnan Mahariel, my goodhearted, elves-all-the-way, Dalish warden.
Then my city elf called Windleaf Tabris, who was pretty much a psychopath. No he did not take the bribe, the thought of killing a shitton was way more appealing. He was definately a hypocrite, hated mages, romanced Morrigan. And was generally a knobhead. Handsome knobhead, though.
Again a unfinished deleted (13 hours in) mage playthrough.
And now finally, my newest freshly started female human noble (It's my favorite origin, so much possibilities) called Sophie Cousland. This time I'm gonna make me queen. I also intend a male noble, planning to be a dick, specifically to Alistair, and take his (albeit unwanted) throne.
*pokes head around door nervously* Hello! This is my first post on these forums, as I finally decided to sign up after so many years of lurking. 
My playthroughs always feature my 'canon' Warden; a female Cousland (that be her there in my avatar). Her name is Elswyn. Not sure how I came up with it, but it stuck and I'm quite fond of it. It's a play on Elsweyr, the Khajit homeland in Elder Scrolls, but I forgot the 'e' originally. I always take forever in character creation, especially on names!

I've got more wardens then I can remember...
but my last one (which was also my favorite dai world status) was named Ser Philip Cousland. As the name suggests he was a human and noble born. After the betrayal of the Howe family and the incidents that followed, he became a very powerful figure in Ferelden. He was a two handed great sword warrior who feared nothing and proved it time and time again. Even boldly standing before Loghain and threatening to cut Howe's throat the first chance he got. And darkspawn? Dragons? The more, the better. And he was Morrigan's type as well. The two fell in love. Eventually he became king along side Queen Anora. But after the events of Awakening he vanished... those that saw him last say he went through a mirror.
My current soon to be warden is a strong young dwarf. Noble born and middle child to the king of the dwarves. However he was outsmarted by his younger brother and is now sleeping on top of the stone instead of under it. Who knows what this surface world will offer him.
Haelia Cousland ...
So named after her ancestor who, according to some, united the lords under her banner to drive out the werewolves. Because of that, and the Hero of River Dane, Haelia asked and was granted permission from her father to train as a warrior. She even received her very own mabari. The mabari had a very long triple name that Haelia couldn't pronounce when she was younger so she called the dog Dane, after the legend, which stuck.
Here we go:
Catz Cousland - My very first warden back when I got the game. I have no idea why I named her Catz, and I've recently reincorporated her into my "canon".
Tabitha Cousland - This is my official and more realized vision of what was originally Catz. A dual wielding Reaver & Templar.
Ticonda Aeducan - Again, very far back so I don't remember why, but I like it regardless.
Euborax Aeducan - An old one, but I like the name nonetheless.
Sangiban Brosca - A relatively recent playthrough (even if it was in April of last year) and I named him after the 5th century Alan king. Though my Sangiban has much more of a spine than the real one. An axe and shield Berserker and Templar.
Gwion Mahariel - My most recently completed playthrough of Origins and my god I LOVED it. A dual wielding Reaver and Champion who had an insanely high DPS rate that I just trashed everything in my path. I would love to replay him on hard, but I'm not sure if i could replicate it.
Tyr Amell - My current playthrough. A Spirit Healer & Arcane Warrior.
My canon warden is Kain Amell. His dog is Ebel. He's highly intelligent, cunning, ambitious and doesn't take **** from anyone. And thus finds his match in Morrigan, whom he followed through the eluvian.
Fems: Lina Amell (my first and most favourite warden), Kira Cousland, Aria Aeducan, and male: Fenrian Tabris.

I named my female dalish elf Merilin.It means treasure.

ahaha... I have to look up my old saves because of this thread. Mostly, old medievalish names.. Tolkien's elvish names...
Annwyl, Annwyn, Arwen, Calleana, Elissa, Gabriel, Galadriel, Kallian, Lyna, Natia, Sereda, Solona, Talaith Talwyn.
Can't remember which is which... I'm certain Calleana was an elf mage. Talaith Amell. Gabriel Cousland... Natia Aeducan. Arwen probably an elf....
So I'm going to be boring and admit that I just go with the default. Why care much about a name I never hear?
It may sound strange, but I name all my characters (atleast in DA series) after me - Christine. I love my name very much and always try to make them look like me, because it would be awesome if I could actually be the Hero of Ferelden, atleast in some realm
