Not as far as I know. Personally I'd rather scale that stuff down a bit. The UI is kinda huge.

Turning off quest markers in DAO was essential to my enjoyment of the game. Can I turn them off in Inquisition?
I also dislike quest markers quite a lot. But I wonder how you'd play a game designed with quest markers without quest markers. If there are quest markers, people are usually not going to give you any directions whatsoever, so how would you find anything?

Go back to Elder Scrolls Online if you like to wonder around aimlessly. No place for that here.

Explore.
Ideally, there would be enough informatin given in the actual dialogue from the quest-givers.
This was such a great feature in DAO, I would hope that if they were going to remove it from Inquisition they might have at least told us. But then, they didn't tell us about the removal of Tactics, either, so maybe they wouldn't.

I personally like to play with quest markers but I can't imagine why they would remove such a feature from DAI...
