I don't see why this person would be considered a troll; she has already stated that she believes this is a bug. She'd be a better candidate for being a troll if she said RtO is out and she has it downloaded. I'm sure people have gone into their games to check if they can see it or not, but, really, how big of an inconvenience is that if you're already at your PC/console? For the record, I haven't checked. I'll wait until I know for sure that RtO is out--and I am sure that Bioware will announce it when it is.
I'm going to give her the benefit of the doubt. Therefore, Graciemae, I suggest reporting the bug--that RtO showed up when it shouldn't have, and you now have it stuck on the download screen (or can you cancel?).

I have no idea what those fools are going on about. Well, if you already bought it and tried to start downloading, it should download automatically once the add-on is released. Did it spend your Bioware points?

No she's not a troll. This has been happening to people since the 5th, and I don't seem to recall an official response in regard to the eaten points but the consensus on previous threads where this has been mentioned is to contact EA support.
Good luck and let us know if they sort it out.

Are you able to see the 'details' of the RtO DLC when you click it? I ask because others have said they could see the details and it had a release date of the 26th on it. Would be nice to have that confirmed... then I think we would know when to expect it.

Shouldn't be a problem; you've already bought it, so it should automatically download when RtO is released. If not, then you should report it.

I haven't even played the original Mass Effect, but it's sort of a shooter hybrid. I'm not big on sci-fi stuff (gasp!) so much as I am fantasy, and I'm not big on shooters, either. I guess I should try the original, at least, since everyone here swears it's awesome. Then if I like it I'll join the rest of you on the ME2 board. Eventually.

It would be weird of them to release it on the 26th. If they do, I hope they have different servers than ME2 since it looks like they expect ME2 to be a big launch, apparently, since Game Stop is opening on Monday night at midnight to sell it. I got a voicemail from them letting me know about it and that I could show up at 10pm to "process my transaction" so as to get out quickly at midnight....lol.
