I'm going to give her the benefit of the doubt. Therefore, Graciemae, I suggest reporting the bug--that RtO showed up when it shouldn't have, and you now have it stuck on the download screen (or can you cancel?).

Brass Buckles, thanks for the suggestion of cancelling it, I did so and it did cancel but is still in my available download list, guess I will just have to wait for announcement that it's out before trying again

Well, if you already bought it and tried to start downloading, it should download automatically once the add-on is released. Did it spend your Bioware points?

No she's not a troll. This has been happening to people since the 5th, and I don't seem to recall an official response in regard to the eaten points but the consensus on previous threads where this has been mentioned is to contact EA support.
Good luck and let us know if they sort it out.

Are you able to see the 'details' of the RtO DLC when you click it? I ask because others have said they could see the details and it had a release date of the 26th on it. Would be nice to have that confirmed... then I think we would know when to expect it.

In fact, that could be a big problem, as it is now in available content, saying it costs 400 points and my balance now says 0
Shouldn't be a problem; you've already bought it, so it should automatically download when RtO is released. If not, then you should report it.

Hehe, yes I can see the details and it says release date 5th Jan

Guess the 26th number was just made up then. Ohhh well. Funny that it still says the 5th, even so.Graciemae wrote...

I do recall a similar topic where the same thing happened to somebody else. The posters in that thread were about as helpful as the ones in this one, unfortunately.
I hope you get a response from BioWare and get your problem resolved.

Releasing RtO on Jan. 26 wouldn't be the brightest move on Bioware's part. That's when ME2 comes out. My guess is we'll be waiting until February at least.
If they took a page from DA's book and the party members in ME2 are even half as interesting I'll forget all about RtO and DA until March lol

I haven't even played the original Mass Effect, but it's sort of a shooter hybrid. I'm not big on sci-fi stuff (gasp!) so much as I am fantasy, and I'm not big on shooters, either. I guess I should try the original, at least, since everyone here swears it's awesome. Then if I like it I'll join the rest of you on the ME2 board. Eventually.

I already bought the points for RtO, I'll download it when it's available.
