That’s about it. Save files with generic area name and generic area picture are completely useless.

At least on PC if it’s too hard to build into consoles somehow…

Say it ain't so. That's unforgivable for PC.

Did we not complain about this enough in Mass Effect 3? I thought this game was supposed to be the "we've learned from our mistakes, plz don't stop buying our games" make-it-or-break-it for BioWare?

It's something I missed as well, I love naming my saves, keeping everything neat and tidy.

Its starting to seem like a norm these days in general.

Aww, we can't name our saves? I loved doing that! It was incredible practical too when you ended up with what seemed like over a hundred saves!

It was incredible frustrating trying to find a specific point to re-play in my Mass Effect saves, not helped by the fact that everytime I loaded a wrong one I had to rescroll down and try and find the right one Again.

That would have been nice, yes.

It can be done on console, each of my skyrim saves comes with a selfie of my character and whomever NPC hanging around when I took it ( skyrim could use character specific folder as Bioware do, but they did that right).

Speaking of which, Mass Effect 3 also hard-capped the saves at 50. Is there a save cap for DAI?

I hope not… but it was workaroundable then too.

Unless I overlooked it, I didn't see my saves with my characters name or anything. When I make another character eventually, will I be able to tell who's who?

The saves are seperated by character. You'll have to go to the bottom and click 'switch character' to get to each of their save slots.
