Anyome know how to reach it? i'm in the general area near the fade rift and it leads to cave but the entrance appears to block or something

Is this normal or am I going the wrong way

My answer from another thread ...

 

Okay found the info.  

 

First off there will be a quest on the War table at Skyhold to investigate a dwarven port on the Storm Coast, when its complete the side quest 'Red Water' starts which will give you access to the area. (FYI the quest has recommended level 13-15+)

 

 

i.e. you probably need to be further along before that cave will open up.
