Ok..woah. It's like watching a TV show when there is like a .5 second lag between the lips moving and the talking? Is everyone getting this? What gives? 

 

I can't give much opinion good or bad on anything else yet - this is really obnoxious.

i haven't had that problem at all on my pc. If you can defrag your hard drive (assuming you are on a pc), that might help with that.

I had that last night as well. I wondered it it's because I have a low end GPU, even with 2GB of video ram? Haven't had problems running the game though, but that first convo with Solas and Varric felt like it was in slo-mo.

It isn't slow-mo and the game is running "ok" on ultra. I noticed the problem got a little better as I went along , or I got used to it. Their lips just move a little faster than their words. Seems just slightly out of sync. 

 

Anyway...it is a tad clunky around the edges but, I haven't changed my settings much.

Lip Sync seems ok to me, but the constant stuttering during the conversations/cutscenes is extremely hard to ignore.

Are you using the 'fix' for 30fps on cutscenes? The reason they imposed that limit was cited as "syncing issues" so maybe that's what you've run into.
