I like to have them on the first few times I play a game so in case I don't hear what's being said I can read it. I can't find a toggle for subtitles in any of the options. Did I miss it or is it not there? Playing on PC.

yes, it is at the audio section in Options. weird place to place it but it is there.

Why is that weird?
I find it odder that so many games ''don't'' put it in audio. Subtitles are, after all, transcribing voiced dialogue.
