This doesn't actually help me. I've used the same email address for BSN, Origin and PSN. The PSN recognizes things, BSN still says my files are readable only and has no record of my characters etc, but all I care about is the choices.
I had to spend TWO HOURS with EA customer service back in November to get my first state to import correctly. Now for my second play through which would use a different state, it won't work again. This is the biggest screw up you guys have ever had and it's driving a lot of us nuts. We get what you're trying to do, but maybe you should have put more time on the Keep and less on MP or silly mini games etc. I am beyond frustrated with this. So many sites, all requiring separate signins and profiles. It's ridiculous. I just want to play the game using what happened in my previuos games, it shouldn't be so difficult.

 

Oh and yeah, after those TWO FREAKING HOURS trying to fix it, The Keep still says I'm a PC player. I only played on PC when DAO was free and my PS was having issues. If I had known how effed up this whole thing would end up, I wouldn't have done it. Origin is the issue. I hate it btw.

The game team and the keep team are different

Just link your psn I'd to your origin account and then your exported world state will be available. The dragon age keep does not import save files
