World State not importing

My origin account is linked to the same email as my psn. I've created and successfully exported my custom worldstate from the keep. When I start a new game, every time I initiate character creation, the only available option is default world state. I really would rather wait until I get it to import before I start playing, but it's so disheartening to keep failing over and over. I have been trying for hours. Has anyone had the same problem? Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong? Thank you

Have you checked out our exporting guide? (Especially the 'Setup' and 'Troubleshooting' sections). This may help: http://forum.bioware...to-inquisition/

Yeah, I've tried every form of troubleshooting. I've got the green check mark, I've tried multiple world states, I'm connected to dragon age servers in game, and my origin account is connected to my PSN. The only one I can't try is the time stamp. I do get a time stamp in the keep, but on the character creation screen, I only get the default state tarot card.

Are you connected to Origin in the game? You can hit the triangle button to log in. Some users have also had luck restarting their consoles - let us know if this works.

Yeah, I've tried both automatically logging into the servers and pushing triangle to auto log in. I've reset a lot too. It always seems like it tries to load something on the keep, but with no results. No error messages or anything pop up either.

Try exporting a different world state, and see if that works. If it does, you can try the one you originally wanted.

It's still going to default with the new state, even after getting the green check in the keep. It's really strange

Hmm, it is odd. In the account check portion of the Keep (right after login), it shows your personas and the platforms they're on. Is there one listed for PS?

Actually, no. Only pc. I can log into that origins account with my psn though. Is there anyway to change that?

Are you sure you linked your Origin account correctly/to the right PS account? I recommend checking out these resources:

http://help.ea.com/c...ic-screen-name/

http://help.ea.com/c...-if-its-linked/

http://help.ea.com/e...origin-account/

If those don't help, you may need to contact an EA representative at help.ea.com. You can also try re-starting or re-installing Origin to see if that makes a difference.

For me, I was able to get it to work after a couple hours of trial-and-error by finally going to www.playstation.com and signing in with my PSN ID. That seemed to make it so that my PS4 showed up as a device in my list. After that, I went back to the Dragon Age Keep website and signed up for Origin again, but this time with my PSN info, and for me the account check portion said Xbox: 1  Playstation: 1  PC: 1, instead of just PC: 1 and the others at 0.

After that, I re-edited my world data and exported it to the game, and sure enough, it worked. I just wish I had noticed before I got 9 hours into it.

also in the keep rename your personal world state.  If your getting a time stamp but it just says default world state.  It may be loading your world state but the name is just default world state.  Try renaming it.

I'm having the same problem except my ps4 is linked. Like the OP my first import was fine, but now when I start a new game it says no world state found and loads the default. I have tried all the troubleshooting tips.

I have a similar issue. The Keep still says I'm a PC player even though my EA, PSN and BSN all have the same email. I can't import any world state, it only offers the default even though I'm connected to the servers. I've tried several things to fix this and am completely at a loss now. How can I change my persona to PS?

Even if your emails are the same, you may still have to follow the steps to link personas from the help pages that were posted above.

Having the exact same issue! I've been trying for hours all day trying all sorts of things and nothing is working. My first playthrough loaded just fine. Now that I'm trying to start a new game it's not working at all. :(
