Just started a game, have used the keep to import my game state and I get this message..."Importing World State from the Dragon Age Keep cannot be used due to family settings."
Please help.

What system are you playing on? If you're on a console it's possible that the family settings are configured to prevent access to third-party content (not sure if that would apply to Keep data though).

Are you playing on XBox One? I've seen this suggested (by BW) in another thread where someone had a similar problem:
"Can you specifically check that you enabled the Privacy control for "Share outside of Xbox Live" ? The xbox one version of the game requires this to be set to "Enabled" in order to read data from the Keep."
If you are, that might be worth checking.
