Not sure if this is the best place for this, or if this is a bug of some kind, but is there a reason why the Inquisition armors for Qunari PC's just automatically default you to the off-white pajama uniform?
Specifically, I mean the "Inquisition" branded armor you can buy from the merchant in Haven. The Defender's Armor you get once you trigger the title-screen cutscene loads, but none of these other armors seem to work.
Did they just not get around to making a character model for these or...? 
Bugged. This happened to me as well. Had to restart.

Because this has happened to me on both my Xbox One trial and my actual PC copy of the game.
It is bugged for me as well. And no amount of restarting is fixing it.
Me too (on my 360 version). Better get fixed because I was pumped to play as a Qunari. does anyone know if its only the Qunari or does it happen to elfs humans and dwarves too?
I have the same problem. I also encountered a bug with human males using qunari armor meshes when wearing inquisition armor.
Elves seems fines for what I tested so far, not sure about dwarves...
is there a similar qunari armor from the MP (the qunari one) into the SP?

It seems to be a mixture of bugs not correctly rendering certain armor sets on the Qunari (and resulting in equipping them in their PJs) and the fact that BioWare hasn't bothered to provide enough diverse 'looks' for all three classes of Qunari characters.
There are screenshots within the second linked thread which indeed show Qunari Inquisitors able to wear plate armor and such, but some of these are screenshots taken from pre-release material and not from the final game by users - which confuses matters further.
Add your voice to the main threads to hopefully can confirmation from BioWare on the matter.
