Bug: Bianca sometimes doesn't show up in the weapon upgrade screen.

Workaround: Unequip Bianca.

This is what happens to me....

Display Driver Stopped Responding and Has Recoverd

Display Driver NVIDIA windows kernel mode driver, version 344.75 stopped responding and has successfully recoverd.

-Spells in the storm tree don't activate. In particular Stormbringer and Static Charge. I read on reddit that other have had problems with spells not working as well.

-I can't turn in the quest in The Hinterlands where you bring a guy medicine for his wife. It won't let me activate the dialogue to turn it in.

Sometimes when I use the tactical system the characters glitch and get stuck. They won't move or carry out their actions once battle resumes...

-Had the R1 radial menu not work. Had to reload to get it functioning.

-The quest, "What It's Worth", lost its quest marker when it was time to turn in the item. Leaving the area and returning made it come back.

-Inital conversation with Dorian in Skyhold was glitchy. Had to use "skip" button a few times. I'm not sure if I actually missed anything, though. (Completed "Champions of the Just" quest, so this would would also be his 'recruitment' conversation, too.)

-Audio sometimes gets laggy, or crackles. Requires me to quit the game entirely. Loading to a previous save does not fix the issue.

 

Not actually sure if this is a bug or a feature, so, I'm separating it.

-Requisition quests repeat.

anyone care to duplicate this bug and see if its just me or is it everyone. Take a female elf mage, and try to equip Enchanter Mail Arm onto Sturdy Enchanter Coat. The results are the arms detaching from the character and hanging loosely off her.
