How much time/man hours would it take to tweak the tactical camera mode?

I ask because it seems like some relatively simple tweaks would go a long way to making this work FAR better.

First of all, movement in general in such a mode ought to allow a simple right click on the ground to send the selected party member towards that point.  Including the entire party being selected at a time.  bg2 has this, da:O had this, so should da:I

Increase the zoom in tactical mode, and allow for more angles.  The first little boss I faced where my character had to use his ability on a portal forced me to make him move to another location because the camera angles given would not allow me to see the target and right click on it.  It can't possibly take long to increase the distance we can zoom out, so that really needs to be a top priority.

Allow scrolling in tactical mode by having the mouse touch the edges of the screen, such an obvious trivial quality of life feature, there is no need to force us to use WASD or hold down both mouse buttons and THEN move the mouse, which because the camera is SOOOOOOOOO zoomed in you can barely see anything.

Allow abilities to be queued up.  I may be delirious and missed something, but I recall in da:O being able to select chains of abilities to fire off for each character, I can't seem to do that in DA:I.  This seems like such a trivial and simple thing that ought to be in DA:I.

I'm sure there are other tweaks to be made, but these do not sound like earth shattering engine incapable features to implement, so how long do you think it would take to include these things?  Or are there other things you think even more critical?
