Can I still export my world state choices from my dragon Age 2 game via EA Origins or does te fact that its on 360 make this impossible? Maybe im a silly little newb casual but id still appreciate youre help

Go to DragonKeep.com (or close) and you can fill in all of your story choice from both Origins and Awakenings...

No, you can't export save game choices from DA2 to DA:I. It doesn't matter that you are moving from XBox 360 to PS4. You wouldn't be able to, even if you were playing both games on the same platform.
Instead, you have to go to the Tapestry section of the Keep, click on each picture (or "tile") and answer the questions it gives you. That recreates the decisions, choices and actions that you made in DA:O and DA2. Together, all those decisions and choices are called a "World State" and represent, for example, who you made ruler of Ferelden in DA:O, who you romanced in previous games and whether you sided with the mages or Templars in DA2. When you start your new DA:I game, you will be able to import your World State direct from the Keep, irrespective of the platform you are playing on.
