Ghilan'nain's Grove, where is this place located? I know its in exalted plains. i've been looking for the past 4hours can't seem to find it. can someone please help me.

You get the specialisation quest from the War Table at level 10.

 

Ghilan'nain's Grove is to the northeast. There should be a camp marked on your map where it is. You need to unlock the passage to it by visiting it, then spending power at the War Table.

It's a random drop. Took me several hours.

Hi Sir~ TheWarrior~ so is this bugged? It is so stupid...I am trying the tempest specialisation and I cannot find despite spending hours too...but once you gathered all the required things, what do you do next?!

 

I have no idea.

 

I swapped to Assassin class and gathered the stuff needed...then they ask me to craft the proper knife...WTH does that mean?! is it spending power at table, or actual crafting? Cos i crafted random dagger...no use..

Seriously. My quest tracker is showing these:

-Assemble a tome of rifts

-Venatori tomes 3/3

-Ring velvet 10/10

 

Is this bugged?

I created the tome of rifts at a requisition table back at camp. I assume you do the same with the Assassin knife.

 

The Ventori tomes weren't random drops for me either. Each Ventori mage at their campsites in the Exalted Plains dropped one.

I got the tome from the venatori on the coast, but now I've scoured every centimetre of Ghilan'nain's Grove and the other place that starts with an H and I haven't even seen a single spellbinder. It's getting incredibly frustrating, I'd really just like to get my specialisation... Any advice? Or do I just need to keep wandering around like an idiot for hours hoping to find venatori instead of wolves and/or demons and/or freedmen?   This is exactly what I was afraid of when they said specialisations would have quests associated with them...

 

Also, it's a requisition. Once you have the materials, go craft the item at the requisition table at any camp. (Or Skyhold, if there's even a table there, I haven't found it yet...)

Ok so it after u get ur materials u have to go to the quartemasters requisition table. U can find it in any camp.

I'm still missing 1 tome. Where is Ghilan'nain's Grove? Is it near the camp at the north east?

In the H place (can't remember the name either) I found the Venatori south of the Dalish camp. Where all the Halla run around.

 

For the other as you leave the Grove camp, and a rift is right ahead of you, take the left fork. They were just down there.

Can Some one please help. I can not fine the Tomb in the  Desolate Bank. Is it in one of the houses or along the coast, by the dock. please help. Thank you.

I found it. The tomb is to the north. you must of through the flaming road of what ever its called to get it and it is removed from the rest of the area.

I found several Ring Velvet from killing undead corpses and such in Exalted Plains.

I got the other two tomes but I've been all over Halin'Sulhan and cannot find any Venatori, is it possible I killed them earlier when I was there before I had the quest and now they're just gone or do they spawn randomly..? Not sure what to do I've been running around the area for what seems like forever with no luck..

I'm having the same issue.  I got one tome earlier from either Halin'Sulhan or the Grove (don't remember it was a while ago).  Then I just got the one from the desolate coast.  I've been back to the grove and all over Halin'Sulhan and can't find any Venatori.  (Thanks for the video, by the way, I don't think I would have found the desolate coast one with out it).

 

I know I must have killed the ones in the Grove since I've been up to the fens before and they are en-route, and I'm pretty sure I killed a group in Halin'Sulhan when I was hunting around for ruins.  Is it possible that it's gone if you don't pick it up when they drop it?  I'm wandering around both areas searching like crazy.

Im having this problem too. They barely spawn for me south of the Dalish camp and never drop anything. I've been searching for a few hours and Im just getting frustrated with it.

It looks like it may drop from any Venatori Spellbinders. I gave up and went to finish Dorian's personal quest One Less Venatori, killed a group in the Hinterlands and they dropped my last tome.
