Anyone know where to find some? I have 3 so I thought it'd be in a place I already visited, but I can't find any.

The forbidden oasis has tons of them. I was able to access that area around lvl 10, but it had enemies of lvl 16. Thankfully, you can pick it up without encountering any resistance, as the place is huge and has few enemies.

you can also run the Hissing Wastes resource gathering mission with Cullen and collect 6 at a time, I believe.
