So I purchased an xbox one today for this very game.  Got it home and fired up the game.  Everything started out great and I played it for a few hours and then saved the game and turned off the xbox to get something to eat.  Came back a few hours later and tried starting up the game again but now it is freezing at the start menu whenever I start up the game and can't get the game going.  Anyone else have this problem?

sure am I even tried reinstalling the game but nope still unplayable

Try doing a hard reset on your Xbox (press and hold the power button or unplug the power cord). Upon turning it back on, you'll see the green Xbox One screen before coming to the dashboard. Afterwards, start DA:I and see what happens.

 

I had this problem once playing Fifa 14 and doing the hard reset solved it. *crosses fingers*

I haven't had that problem.  Have you done a hard reset yet?
