At Hinterlans. How can I fast travel to the war table? Bring up the map? I can't see it in the menu, I sometimes bring it up by pure luck

When you open your local map, there is a button "World map". From there you can go to Heaven.

Hmm i'm using controller so for me it's pressing start, and then selecting "quest map".

Me too. I'm on PS4. I see journal, save, inventory

 

Or you can only access the map through quests?

Since we're asking about the War Table, is there any way we can reduce the time for operations? 24 hours is pushing it.

There are specific agents for your advisors that can give them perk (5% speed increase afair).

That still leaves me doing ops that take 22 hours. That's an absurd amount of time to my mind.

It doesn't require you to do anything (time goes on even if you are off game), so what's the problem?

Well, the problem is that completing missions becomes an extremely slow process. I only hope there aren't many of those types of missions.
