I'm in Haven currently and I've had absolutely zero issues on the ps4 thus far. There seems to be some slight lip syncing issues, however I remember devs saying that it'd never be perfect. Graphics are actually much better than I thought. Armour designs look fantastic and the voice acting is spectacular. Combat is actually much easier getting used to than others have mentioned. The tactics menu has dumbed down completely. Making AI customization nearly impossible. Limiting it to essentially potion management.
The finding loot mechanic can be frustrating; loot won't glow on the ground unless you're nearby it. So most of the time you're running around aimlessly trying to find stuff and are constantly hitting the search pulse (similar to witcher 2).
I've also noticed some of the character faces are a little less detailed. Also the hair and facial hair looks pretty bad. It's so bad that I'm playing my first ever clean shaven DA character ever. This is 12 play throughs of DAO and DA2 combined.
The UI is top notch. The inventory system, journal, codex, map, all look fantastic. It really looks like bioware really did put alot of love and effort. Christmas has come early and people who are nervous about this game will soon realize that alot of heart has gone into making this. You can tell. If you've got questions, ask away.
