On the walls of a dungeon in hinterlands are these sconces that say energize clickable but not.. If i right click nothing happens yet i saw a video of someone using them by the hand power thingy/right click assuming. I tried this with aall the char and nothing will activate this energizer thing what is it anyone know?

You gotta use a mage to light the braizers, who then carries them down into the dungeon

 

you might have to do a little quest thing but you end up getting a frost rune and fire rune schematic (i've not found anything to actually make one but ....)
