Someone please tell me if lvl 10 is max for Inquisition?
If yes then does it mean i can get only 10 perks?

I don't have the Prima guide, but I read on this forum that someone who does have said the guide says you can get up to 11. No idea if there's a cap.

What? There were 20 levels in the two previous games. I had no idea the character development system was going to be so different in Inquisition.

The OP is talking about the Inquisition level of perks...not character level.
I vaguely remember them saying that we were somewhat restricted, but thought it was 12 for some reason.

Even if it's 12 then that gives us 12 perks right? Or you can get more?
