My girlfriend has told me that Cullen, Blackwell, Solas, and Dorian are all quite attractive.
F-ing congrats, I only find Dorian attractive, and speaking strictly, he's not even a female players LI. Can I whine now too? 
Also, Cass kicks ass, so I'll defenitely do one run for her. But you can cry all you want, or you can instead enjoy your game. Just for a change.

Well, I find neither of the female LI attractive at all, however it is all subjective, and there seem to be fans of both Cass and Josie. Good thing it is all optional. It'll be plenty of fun even skipping the romances. (I assume this thread is about the two possible LI for straight males.)

I find Cassandra and Josephine to be rather good looking ladies, maybe its because im a older guy though an i look at women differently.
Take one of my Ex, when i first meet her i never took much notice of her, she was 5.5 to my 6.2 and she was a heavy lassie, the more i sat with her an spoke the more beautiful she became, take another ex 6 foot to my 6.2 dream body, dream face, more i got to know her more ugly she became. Thats no to say all "beautiful" woman are ugly an vice versa, thats just saying never ever judge a person because of there looks, if you can, taking the time to talk to someone an get to know them does alot of wonders, really glad the old man knocked that into me, old hard nut belt in had emphasizing all the words " NEVER....EVER....JUDGE...A....BOOK....BY....THE....COVER" when i was suspended from school for beating up on some other kids, god i was a ****** when i was younger 
still am to be fair just hopefully no in that regard.
Well, everyone have different standards when it comes to looks. I personally find both Josephine and Cassandra average, but I have no interest in romancing neither because their personalities don't appeal me in the slightest. I'm not broken up over it. Who knows. Maybe expansions or sequels will offer an couple of new romance options for the Inquisitor.
I just wanna know why they persist in calling them 'ugly'. I mean, I get that they won't be to everyone's personal taste in women, but come on. These stupid threads always make it sound like Cass and Josie have got buck teeth, squinty eyes, warts and the world's worst underbite.
Not an airbrushed supermodel /= ugly. Not to your personal taste /= ugly. Slightly flawed /=ugly.
I personally find a face with a bit of character to it more beautiful than a thousand glamour models who all look the damn same. But I'm not going to go around calling those models 'ugly' because they aren't to my taste. They're not ugly. They're just...boring.
Cassandra and Josephine look fine to me. 
Tali was a walking suit and I loved her to death, I don't really care if Cass has a big jaw tbh

I find all the ladies beautiful in this game.
It's all very subjective and is really only a matter of opinion, this time round you just lucked out. For example on a purely physical level I personally do not find the characters Blackwall, Solas or Iron Bull attractive, but a lot of other ladies and gents are all over them. I know lots of guys/gals who find Cass and Josie gorgeous and I personally think they're both really pretty too.
I actually liked Vivienne a lot. Her personality, style, and appearance all struck the right chord. I noticed I can flirt with her, but she always turns them down. :-P
And yet I flirt with her at every opportunity. That woman is a goddess!
BioWare is really good at writing people. And their characters look just like that ... people. I personally think that Josephine is gorgeous with her classical Roman look, and Cassandra is a bit practical and plain in her hairstyle and clothing, but then she is the TANK of your group. Plus scars are sexy.
What was the reasoning behind making the female romance characters unattractive? Is this their apology for the overly sexualized Morrigan and Isabella companions?
I'm no expert, but if Bioware ever wanted to ''apologize'' to feminists (they have no reason to, but for the sake of argument) I hardly think making female characters ugly on purpose would please them. Actually I'm sure it wouldn't.
I'm in the NEED MOAR BEWBS camp, and I think I've been catered to pretty well with Her Divine Majesty Cassandra.

Besides, I wouldn't call Morrigan and Isabela sexualized. Morrigan lived in the wilds, her outfit makes sense (at the beginning, at least). Bela just loves sex. They could have given her pants, but that's the only complaint I can make.
Cass and Josephine have symmetrical, regular traits. They don't wear a lot of make up and they don't have perfect complexions, but I'd hardly call them ugly. They look better than Leliana imo, they gave her a flawless complexion but she ended up looking plastic and a bit weird.

Indeed... I hardly think it's fair to call me shallow, just because I find them ugly. Tali was my romance of choice in Mass Effect, and you never even see her face.
It's going to be tough to sell this one as a serious question, but it really is. I'm sure half are going to yell at me for being anti-feminist, and the other half will be in the "LOL NEEDS MOAR BOOBS!" camp...
I don't find Cassandra, Josephine, or Sera attractive in any way. Those are the only 3 female characters that my Inquisitor can try to romance. But every time I talk to them, I usually just wanted to end the conversations so I don't have to look at them anymore.

Well where to start? I am insulted on so many levels here. Why am I insulted? Well ignorance is insulting to me. Personally insulting to me since we have to share the world with the ignorant. And I mean ignorance and not stupidity. Ignorance is worse, one cannot be ignorant unwillingly. First of all I would NEVER call you an ANTI-FEMINIST. You cannot be anti something when you have NO IDEA what the thing means in the first place. Feminism is NOT about women having a secret "girl's only we rock you suck" party that you just aren't invited to. If it was I couldn't and wouldn't proudly call myself a feminist. No feminism is about gender EQUALITY. Do you at least know what that word means? I know that concept is very difficult for your over privileged over catered to straight and narrow male mind to grasp. But please try, growth cannot come about without effort ever and not without pain sometimes.
Secondly blaming someone for creating characters that are TO YOUR MIND not attractive is both stupid and ignorant. Not everyone is attracted to the same things. Why do I have to tell you this? Oh yes it is because of what I said before, you are a straight and narrow minded male. And the world has been singling you out and catering to you all your life. In TV Movies, Magazines and yes especially video games. Try to tell a spoiled brat that there isn't one candy that is the best when you have bought them that same candy for their entire lives. For the record I find ALL of the Inquisition ladies AND guys to be attractive in DIFFERENT ways. Except Cullen. And that is because of his actions and words in the first two games. And yes bud I said the guys too. I am straight but NOT narrow minded. And one can find someone attractive without being attracted to them. Seriously when your mind is open and broad in view, when you attempt to cast off the selfish shackles you cling to, the ENTIRE Universe is revealed, and the possibilities become infinite. Not the best example, considering Lucas retroactively changed the looks of Ghost Anakin at the end of ROTJ.
I think all the companions and advisors are pretty attractive though there does seem to be a lot of sausage on this buffet this time around. Not a complaint, though. I'm having a bigger problem making up my mind on who to romance.
Really? I like bot Cassandra and Josephine. I'm actually not "disappointed' that Sera isn't romanceable for dudes either since she's too scatterbrained for me.
The characters will be good looking to some and ugly to others, just like real life. I personally think Josie is beautiful but that is just my opinion. It comes down to two simple words:
Personal taste.
