Bioware don't seem to be in constant communication with their customers like say Creative Assembly? I've heard nothing from them since the game was launched. Anyway I'm about to embark in my first play, so I'll soon find out how good or bad this game is, but I think it's a shame there hasn't already been a patch to sort out some of the niggling problems. Are they even aware?

Making it with love and care doesn't excuse them for making a bad port to PC.

Well, you know, it's not.

So there's always that.

The PC version of this game feels like an afterthought but I'm really enjoying my time in it so far. Now only if my companions could banter a bit more...

I disagree, the controls are wonkey but you can rebind the keys (something people seem to forget) its actually a much better port the other games (dark souls anyone ?)

I personally really am enjoying the game , a  little disappoinet in the lack of abilities (I really miss entropy spells) and the lack of attribute customization but other then that this is a damn good game.

and I also enjoy playing a axe swinging quinari its fun.

I'm loving in so far. Even though i'm on PS3 and have graphics that can look fabulous one minute and goddamn awful the next, so far i havent received any game breaker bugs/glitches yet (fingers crossed i don't) and im having the time of my life. The only thing thats really annoying me is that you have to use the analog sticks in menus and stuff. I always use the D-pad for menus! Its as weird and annoying as when the gaming community randomly decided that in games where you drive a car to change accelerate from X/A to R2/RT! But i'll get used to it. The inquisition demands it be so!

im loving this quest more and more.

and who says the side quest has not relevance. u can do them to protect the refugees and more importantly, recruit agents to grow your inquisition.

The fact we need to rebind our keys when we don't need to in DA 2 means the QA is bad.

I bought the game on PS4 this morning. 17 hours of non-stop gaming later I can vouch for its greatness, and I'm not even yet at the point where it's supposed to get really good! Now why can't evolution overcome the need for sleep? Must... keep... playing...

No that would be your views. Unless you are somehow the collective hive mind of the millions of PC gamers who own this game.

Silly, you must be a plebeian console gamer.  We've already established Han Master is our Prophet and speaks for everyone.  All those who resist his will, will be silenced.

PC gamer here, since this is a positive thread I'll stick to the positives:

Loving the huge world to explore. I can't remember the last time I played a game with this type of exploration, and never quite knowing what was around the next corner or rock.

Character interaction is fun.

Looking forward to testing out the crafting system when I'm a little further into the game.

Looking forward to some game updates to address some of the issues raised in other threads.

This game keeps me coming back to explore and see more of the world.

I am sort of getting into it now, and with finding out that you should leave the Hinterlands around level 4 to 6 to prevent boredom, has helped me a lot.

I hurriedly returned my PC version because, after hearing about the controls, I knew I wouldn't be able to play it. I'm far too particular to point and click gameplay.

After all the negative things I've been reading about the PC controls, this post was a breath of fresh air, OP. I am newly excited to be playing DAI on the PS4 next month. Thank you!
