Wow, just look at that quality.
Out of curiosity what was on that card inside the steelbook case, what DLC does that give?

Not that I'm excusing the quality issues, however, I'm curious why someone who has "never really played a Dragon Age game before" would buy a £130 collectors edition.
I believe all the digital stuff is the same as the deluxe edition (throne, mounts, soundtrack, etc) but someone can correct me if I'm wrong on that.
Bioware should apologize for this mess. I mean the content itself looks ok, but man was this handled badly. It seems like the box can't hold the stuff correctly and they drop off from their places which also means that they might break on deliver. People paid 200 DOLLARS for this, and I'm pretty sure they ain't glad to find their stuff all broken up.
I don't understand what are they thinking, this is really bad business.

He said in the video he paid as much as he did for it because they're going for $300 on ebay. He just wanted to sell the stuff on for a profit. Frankly I'm glad it broke on him, since he basically screwed someone who actually wanted the Collector's Edition out of being able to buy it at a regular, non-ebay, uninflated price. Looking at the quality, he probably did them a favour.

Ah, I see, skipped through most of the video so didn't hear that bit - hate people who do that sort of thing.
