this is the third time i've been playing and then randomly it wont ever show up with anyone. if i go up to a quest giver or companion it will zoom in like the conversation is about to happen and they will start talking but no dialogue wheel comes up and they just stand there staring at each other. it fixes itself if you closer the game and then reload it but it's still pretty annoying. am i the only one?

I haven't had that, but I have had cases where I go talk to someone, and the wheel comes up, but the stick just moves me around as if I weren't in conversation rather moving the wheel pointer. O'ing out of the convo and reinitiating it has worked for me in those cases.
