You'd think the sword Vigilance, which is mentioned specifically in the end of Awakening, should be part of the tapestry.
The Dragon Bone armour, the Superior Drake Skin Armour, The Heartwood Shield/Bow, the Golem Shell Armour, Vigilance and the Silver Order in Amaranthine! These items and events in the game, which Master Wade was a pivotal part of, would have great effects on Dragon Age Inqusition!
Also, with Warden's keep, Starfang!!!! It was considered a special sword by that game - slightly better than dragon bone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The only ones that matter would be Vigilance and the Silver Order because they gain epilogue prominence. All the other things are just items.
