Hello,
I am having a problem with fullscreen which seems to be fairly well-documented from some quick Googling. The problem is that only borderless window works properly, but has the associated mouse cursor issues (non-exclusive capture, disappearing, etc) plus the performance hit.
I would prefer to be able to play the game in true fullscreen mode and since the intention seems to be that it should be possible, please help me. As far as I can tell there are also many others affected by this who would be grateful for assistance.

It is my understanding that Answer HQ is a service run by volunteers who are not necessarily employed by EA, Bioware or the graphics card manufacturers and therefore unable to respond with authority.
