Alright, I've got 4 out of 5 caches, and I can see the quest marker.

 

The bad news is that it is on top of a rock really high up on the mountain and I CANNOT figure out how to get up there!

 

This is the cache to the immediate West of the rift at Dwarfson Pass (the high level (8) one) and East of the Winterwatch Tower (the place with the cult).

 

How in the heck am I supposed to access that cache?

Immediately after posting this, I found the cache in a completely different place than where the marker was actually appearing on the map.

Don't feel bad, it did the same thing to me. I spent an hour trying to find a way up, decided to sit under a shade tree while I scoured the map, and BAM... I'd have been mad, if I weren't laughing so hard...

So where did you guys actually find it I have also spent at least an hour trying to learn how to rock climb

It's on the ground in the area outside the cultists building (to the left from the entrance). If you go down into the valley, you've gone too far - it's up on the higher elevated area. Sort of around where you find Ritts.

The marker is bugged on that cache.  It's just inside the purple, circular border about halfway between Winterwatch Tower and the gateway out of the region.

I actually came here looking for this info. I was jumping all over the rocks too.
