Hi there,

 

so when i first played Origins way back after release, my warden was romancing Leliana and because of that i had to choose Alistair to kill the Archdemon.

 

The thing is, normally you can choose him to have the baby with Morrigan and stay alive after slaying the Archdemon and becoming King after all, but in the Keep it won't let me do it that way. If i let him having the baby and become king, i can only choose the warden to kill the Archdemon. If i try to let him kill the Archdemon i cant't let him having the baby with Morrigan and become king. But that makes no sense, because why else should he have the baby in the first place?

 

So please fix it or give me an explanation for this.

If you don't do Morrigan's "Dark Ritual" (and create the Old God baby), you can let either Alistaiir or the Warden kill the Archdemon, but whichever one you choose will die.

 

If you do the Dark Ritual, Alistair and the Warden will both survive, but it is always the Warden who kills the Archdemon.

Warden kill steals the Archdemon if the ritual is performed regardless of who performed the ritual.

Ah yeah im dumb sorry, my bad. The Wareden always kills the Archdemon...
