Playing on pc.

 

The first character I made, once I finished the prisoner cage requisition, the requisition officer gave me a new option.

 

The second character I made, the requisiton offer asks me to collect locks and iron for cages over and over, not opening up the next option.

 

Is this a bug or something Im actually missing in game? Has this happened to anyone or do you know a way to get past this?

I believe you just get a random requisition (or that's what it seems to me) .. and (I believe) they continue indefinitely even when you've done one of each.
