I just want my world state to be on xbox one. I got my old account info, then I connected my accounts. I loaded up the game and it still shows that I have no world states. I have changed emails, I made sure all of them were the same, I try to make new accounts, but nothing will work. Nothing shows up.
I have been at this for hours. I talk an EA rep and they said they fixed it but it still dose not work.
If anyone can help that would be great. I just want to play this master piece with my story.

In the PC Origin client, can you check the page under Origin -> Account and Privacy -> About Me, and check what is listed there for Connected Accounts?
It sounds like the Xbox still isn't linked to your Origin account for some reason, but this would let us confirm that is the case.
Another option, if you know the old email your xbox account is linked to, would be to just make both Origin accounts friends, and then share your world state across.
That would save you a call to customer service, or needing to re-create your world state on the other account.
See when I first went to EA support they "said" they connected it to my new account but nothing changed. I have already tried to send friend requests too and I kept getting error messages.
I'm having somewhat the same problem. My origin account is connected to my gamertag but when I log in to the keep, under personna's it still says 2 pc but no xbox....
It may take awhile for the Keep to start showing this, even though it is hooked up. You can also check in your Origin account too. Here are the instructions: http://help.ea.com/e...origin-account/
