So I've been trying to figure out, does Tali have a robotic arm? If you look at her right arm its smaller than her left and covored in what looks like metal. I couldn't find anything online to say one way or another, has anybody else heard or found anything?

It's just armor, have a look at her in ME2. No metal "arm".

wouldn't the distortion in one arm being bigger than the other be her omni-tool? she is a major techie after all

maybe but which arm was the omni tool on? plus other people all had omni tools but same size arms
