See topic - How do I get support? I mean actual, real support, not the community-driven Answer HQ where the volunteers usually stop responding after being faced with an inability to solve the problem if it turns out to be complicated. I am also not particularly keen on receiving a scripted response - "Reboot, update your driver, close other programs" - assume that all of these things have been attempted already.
I posted in this forum a while ago but there has been no response. I have also requested a call from EA through their help system, which has not happened yet, after over one hour, which I would normally find unacceptable but I can understand since the game is so recently launched.
TL-DR: How do I get in touch with support personnel, who will work with me until a solution is reached, if there is one?
