There's one bit in the game quite early where it was just so awesome and rather emotional. Brought tears to my eyes.

There are a couple you-know-whos, but for the second one, wow. It was a strangely cathartic moment for me that actually brought tears to my eyes; I really did have all the feels. And then Solas gave me a heaping tablespoon of additional feels and I overdosed on feels and died. My ghost is typing this.

At the end of Act 1, the song...that changed DAI from an ok game to "HOLY CRAP".

last night I just finished most of the Hinterlands and have slowly moved to the next section of the game 20 hours or so and I'm loving every minute.  I've only died a few times and that's because I got cocky and took on a rift 5 levels above me but 4 levels above is manageable on Casual haha.

 

as to the Spoiler tag up there I haven't managed to get access to Redcliff yet but only have 2 rifts and a large lizard to destroy outside of town what else do I need?
